One of the main challenges web3 companies have is hitting the ground running with a sustainable business model and fundamentals to help them establish as a reputable company. Often when decentralisation and tokenisation is overly emphasised, the company could lose its fundamentals to ensure that the platform could sustain to provide its services. For instance, attempting to achieve complete decentralisation and providing zero-fee platform services is financially and technically not feasible. Instead, MeMusic focuses on helping content creators diversify their revenue streams while resolving the challenges that streaming service providers or other content platforms face.
MeMusic's business has three fundamental pillars: Stations, Waves, and Streaming. Each of the pillar tackles the different type of interaction made for consuming and creating content.
Stations is a native blockchain-based social-audio platform developed by MeMusic. Stations is our approach to lead mass adoption in the web3 space. As the name suggests, Stations is designed to help broadcast creators to the public. Anyone can become a content creator and monetise their content.
Waves is a set of tools designed to help artists build their digital 'wave'. From publishing to different streaming services to finding different distributors and labels, Waves is a digital product suite designed to help creators build an audience, establish presence, and expand their outreach.
The final pillar of MeMusic's business is to impact how audio content is consumed on the daily. By implementing blockchain-based royalty distribution, users are able to receive a better payout than traditional streaming applications.
